Processing + Shipping Time
All orders are processed & shipped within 1-3 business days (M-F). Please note our shipping carrier, USPS, operates Monday-Saturday excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Delays occured after being collected by the postal office is unfortunately out of our control. If you feel that your package is taking longer to deliver, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@clawlan.com. We're here to help!
Since all the products are final, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item you purchased is defective upon our confirmation. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at info_clawlan.com. We do not accept defective or incorrect item refunds after 7 days of delivered order.Please send us email first with your order number, details of the product, image of the part of defect and your order invoice. We will get back to you if the item is eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item cannot be replaced, the purchase price
will be refunded.
Once your return package is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed,and a credit will automatically be
applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Domestic orders are covered by USPS shipping insurance of up to $100. We are unable to reship packages marked as delivered by USPS. If your package is missing or stolen, please contact your local post office on how to open an inquiry.
